HICC has been founded in 2018 as a humanitarian, non-Governmental and non-Political Company operates to secure and protect the most destitute and war-torn inhabitants of Afghanistan. HICC mainly considered rendering humanit-arian assistance to all Afghans and rehabilitation of Afghanistan within its capacity. Client Acceptance

Project Handover & Closeout
